Natalie is Head of Natural History & Adventure, helming 'team wild' as Executive Producer on special factual series and documentaries. Titles include the acclaimed series Ben Fogle: New Lives In The Wild, Our Yorkshire Farm, Nature's Turtle Nursery: Inside the Nest, Sue Perkins - Big American Road Trip, the launch film of HBO Max into Europe, a new series of The World's Most Dangerous Roads and is currently working on a specialist factual project with actor Suranne Jones.

She has worked as Series Producer/Director on the ground-breaking series Safari Park Adventure in 3D, acclaimed African natural history series The Great Migration and anthropology series Surviving The Stone Age: Adventure in the Wild.

Natalie began her career at Aardman Animations before joining ITV in 1997. In 2005 she co-founded her own production company winning specialist and innovative wildlife commissions and human-interest factual series. There programmes sold to more than 150 countries and won 4 broadcast awards. Natalie was short-listed for an RTS 'Best Director' Award for Death Row Dates.
