With over 25 years in the industry, Emma is a multi award winning programme-maker who joined Ricochet in 2006, working across the company's main titles such as Supernanny for Channel 4 and The Bachelor for Channel 5. She took The Repair Shop from the commissioning stage to series, and oversaw its successful transition from BBC2 daytime to BBC1 prime time. Emma has worked across many of Ricochet's long running, returning series such as The Bidding Room for BBC1, Sun Sea and Selling Houses for Channel 4. She currently oversees all Ricochet's programming from their southern office including The Repair Shop, Jay's Workshop and The Woodland Workshop.
