Hayley joined Ricochet in 2015 and has worked across an array of Ricochet’s acclaimed formats including Food Unwrapped, Celebrity Five Go Barging and The Bachelor UK. Notably, she contributed to the success of the first eight series of the award winning The Repair Shop.  Her most recent role involved overseeing the production of the new BBC Daytime series, The Vintage French Farmhouse.  Currently, she's bringing her skills and expertise as a Production Manager to Ben Fogle’s: New Lives in the Wild

Outside of work Hayley is a keen singer and member of Some Voices choir.
