Damon joined Ricochet in 2023 and specialises in creating formatted series for all major broadcasters. In his 30 year career, he has set up and run his own Independent Production Company ‘Lucky Day Productions’, sat on the Board of Directors of BBC Studios and created international best-selling formats including You Are What You Eat, Pooch Perfect, Outrageous Homes with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Home is Where The Art is, Show Me the Monet, School of Silence, Driving Academy, Secret Location, No Waste Like Home and Turn Back Your Body Clock.
