Prior to joining the Ricochet team, Zell has worked in the TV and film industry for over 20 years in both London and Los Angeles before settling in Brighton. 

Zell has extensive experience in all areas of television working in production, post-production and for network broadcasters on a variety of different genres including drama, comedy, film, reality, entertainment and sports programming. 

Zell joined Ricochet in 2017 as Office Manager. Currently working as an Executive Assistant she supports the senior management team and office team, as well organising events and awards submissions.
